Not to sure if general bike friendly cafes are wanted but Sydney is inundated (at least in the eastern suburbs)with 10's of 20's of cycling clubs. Therefore creating a cafe/bike culture especially on Victoria Street, Darlinghurst and Oxford Street Paddington/Darlinghurst area.
So if you are in the area and are looking for great coffee and a 2 wheel friendly environment you don't have to look to hard.
But expect to find lots of Lycra and tricked up multi geared aluminium and carbon frames.
